Our real legal page is coming soon - our attorney fainted after he looked at the list of all the people who might want to sue us. Please help in his hopefully speedy recovery by not suing us in the interim.

This is a humor, parody and satire website and as such covered by the First Amendment protection of free speech, expression and silliness. In plain English that translates in to "We can make fun of you, you can't sue us; naah-naah-na-naah-naah".

The humor is normally identified by an orange title to differentiate it from other serious and mostly-true stuff. Any resemblance to true events and persons living or dead is purely circumstantial and coinkadink, which is the legal term for "non-suable".

We are not affiliated with Google, NBC, Jay Leno, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, David Letterman, Late Show with David Letterman, Andy Borowitz, Argus Hamilton, etc. (you get the point). The material from the shows and columns is often edited and modified to fit the space available. All rights to the material from the shows and columns belong to the original copyright owners.

All original material is covered by a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license that allows most use with attribution and link except for anything that directly competes with us. This is the stage at which most people stop reading legal pages so we can just go blah, blah, blah, etc.
