Giglish's mission is to add a little humor to things you do online.

Giglish was created in response to the existential questions that confront every web surfer sooner or later. "What if the Internet had been invented by Monty Python instead of Al Gore?" "Why does humor on the web have to be so difficult to find?" "Why do I have to sit through hours of YouTube videos for a smile?" "Why isn't someone doing something about the humor crisis?"

Worry no more. We are embarking on a journey to change the way humor comes to you. We will search high and wide for high-brow humor every day. Most days we will not find any and settle for low-brow humor or just make some silly stuff up. The important point is that you will not have to rely on a "jokes" email from Uncle Bob to 7000 of his closest friends to get a smile.

Our humor offerings are mostly the latest late night jokes from the monologues by top comedians. We borrow liberally from the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien and online posted jokes by other comedians. The late night jokes are mostly based on current events and news. The first part of the joke is loosely based on current events and mostly true. The second part is a funny or silly take on the first and mostly untrue. We strive to bring you the best combination of humor and silliness available without getting sued or having to shell out big bucks.

Humor tends to be very subjective and often you may not find what we call humor particularly funny. Hopefully you will find our humor funny some of the time or at least funnier than the recycled jokes from Uncle Bob.
